Select from 30 different
user defined services with current charges when entering
a transaction on to the timesheet.
eg,
consultancy, printing, stationery, postage, etc.
Each user defined service
keeps history of up to 22 price changes.
eg, on
the 1st January, a service charge could be £25.00
and on the 1st April, the charge increases to
£30.00. On the timesheet entry page, the
charge shown will depend on the date entered for the
timesheet transaction.
The
Timesheet Entry page is designed to keep a running
history of all work carried out for clients.
A
Timesheet Statement can be produced for selected clients
for any given date range.
The
spreadsheet comes in the following versions:
Up to 10 clients and up to 1,000 timesheet
transactions
Up to 25 clients and up to
2,500 timesheet transactions
Up to 50 clients and up to
5,000 timesheet transactions
Up to 100 clients and up to 10,000 timesheet
transactions
Higher number versions can be produced on request.
